Exchanges, Returns + Shipping


  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of candles. Please read the descriptions of the candle on the product page before making your purchases.


  • Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you received a broken candle, please email us within 10 days of your shipment and we send you a new candle, free of cost! No need to send us back the broken one!


  • You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once it has shipped. The tracking number will be sent to the email provided during your payment.


  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.  In most cases, you may receive your order sooner but I want to provide a range that is reasonable for this full-time mama + full-time employee, in addition to curing time for the candles. :)
