- Never leave a candle unattended, including sleeping.

- For your first use, allow the candle to burn long enough to cover the entire surface with melted wax. The first may burn may take to 2 to 4 hours to form a wax pool. Therefore, you should not burn your candle for the first time if you don't expect to stay home for an extended time.
